// Range report · PvPvE extraction

Arc Raiders

Scavenge a ruined surface under giant machines, then get out alive. Tense, generous and surprisingly social.

The drill

You drop into a hostile world patrolled by enormous robots, loot what you can and reach an extraction point. Other raiders may help, ignore or ambush you, and that uncertainty is the whole drill.

A session on the range

A raid fits in half an hour, and the base-building between raids is a calm cooldown. Losing your kit stings, but a free loadout means you are never locked out of play.

Money and fair play

A one-time purchase with an optional cosmetic shop. No gear for real money, and the free loadout keeps broke runs playable.

Hits

  • Machines that make every raid tense
  • Fair: no paid power
  • Great solo-friendly design

Misses

  • Loss of gear can feel harsh
  • Late-game loop can get repetitive

After-action report

For players who like risk, stories and the occasional truce. Not for anyone who hates losing hard-earned loot.
