1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of killhousereport.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
Killhouse Report publishes editorial reviews and opinions about video games. We do not sell games, accounts or in-game items, and we do not run any gambling or wagering service.
3. Age
Many games we review carry a PEGI 16 or PEGI 18 rating. The site is intended for adults. Users under 13 must not submit personal information through the site.
4. Opinions, not guarantees
Scores and reviews are our honest opinions at the time of writing. Games change through updates; prices, features and availability may differ from what we describe. Always check the official game page before buying.
5. Content and trademarks
Text, scoring graphics and illustrations on the site belong to Killhouse Report unless noted. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games reviewed. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source page.
6. External links
We link to official game sites and support services. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Our links are not affiliate links.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or send spam or abusive messages through the contact form.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
